If you find you don’t need ongoing development work, you can pause your subscription. For example, if you sign up and use our services for 15 days, then pause, you’ll retain 16 days of service to use anytime in the future, as our billing cycle is based on a 31-day period.

No problem at all! We’ll continue to refine and adjust the work until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

Are there any types of e-commerce development you don’t handle?

Yes, there are certain areas we don’t cover, including development of large complex applications, highly complex system architectures which require dedicated servers, and creating new proprietary e-commerce platforms from scratch.

What if I have just a single development request?

That’s absolutely fine. You can pause your subscription once your task is completed and resume it when you have more development needs. Your subscription won’t go to waste.

What’s your policy on refunds if I’m not happy with the service?
